Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the https://beki.io website and the Beki AI online service (together, or individually, the "Service") operated by Beki AI ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Subscriptions
Our Services are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis depending on the chosen monthly or annual plan.
We use third party payment processors to bill you through your online account for use of the Service. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of the payment processor in addition to ours.
The subscription fee will be billed automatically at the start of each subscription period. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Upon cancellation, you will not be billed for the next subscription period. However, you will not be refunded for the current subscription period.
Free Plan
We offer a free plan for new users. The free plan starts when you sign up for an account and accept these Terms. Right after starting creating a free account, you can upgrade to a paid plan in order to unlock more features, page and AI generation credits.
During the use of a free plan, you will have limited features and functionality of that Subscription plan and can analyze opportunities for up to 100 pages.
Usage of Service
You must comply with all applicable laws when using our Service. We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with these Terms.
You may only use the Service for your own lawful internal business purposes. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from us.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes to the Service that adversely affect your use.
Your use of third party services or software in conjunction with the Service is at your own risk. We do not warrant third party services or software.
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account.
You must keep your account password secure. We will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to protect your password.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of your account. We reserve the right to terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Beki AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time for any reason. Updated versions of the Terms will be provided on the Service. You are expected to check this page from time to time so you are aware of any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
Changes To Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
